Pastor Diana Souden
(Founder & Senior Pastor)
MINISTERIAL PROFILE
Pastor Diana C. Souden is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Divine Healing Outreach Ministry, which was birth in 2018.
It was a typical family prayer meeting morning when the Lord spoke to her. Seeking the Lord to understand exactly what was he saying to her, she got the name through revelation of the Holy Spirit. She did not hesitate to run with this calling and obediently started out right in her living room.
Although Pastor Diana was brought up in a Christian home, she realized that her parents could not carry her salvation and therefore she developed a personal relationship with Jesus Christ at a tender age of thirteen. She acknowledged, confessed with her mouth and surrendered her life over to God and got baptized at age fourteen. Since she has committed herself to this walk or journey with God, she has taken on many different roles in the church. She held the positions of Youth President, Assistant Ladies President, Junior Sunday school teacher, Youth Pastor and Executive Pastor.
Pastor Diana holds a Bachelor Degree in Theology, Ministerial Studies and Biblical Counseling. She studied at Mount Olive Bible Institute & Seminary Inc. in Toronto, Canada. She has also been trained and completed studies in Biblical training courses, Calling and Ministry Studies (CAMS), New Testament and Old Testament Survey and Ministry & Evangelism. She is a graduate of Humber College of Applied Arts and Technology and Trios College where she studied Travel & Tourism and Community Service Worker.
In 2015, she was ordained as a Minister of the gospel and was given her credentials to perform marriages locally and internationally, baptize, teach the word of God and do biblical counseling.
She is looking forward to continuing with theological studies and other studies that will enhance the ministry. Throughout her life, the late Rev. Altamont Mitchell (her dad) has been the greatest spiritual tutor and inspiration to me. He was the inspirer, the encourager, the believer and the exemplar. So because of the laid foundation, she is now able to live and walk this spiritual journey.
She is married to Minister Donovan and together they have three beautiful children. She endeavors to do her best in being faithful to God and also being dedicated to the ministry with my time, talent and resources in which He has entrusted her with.
She lives by the motto:
"I Give Myself Away So He Can Use Me."
